Return & Refund Policy

All sales are subject to the following terms. By placing an order or accepting a quote, you agree to this policy.

General All Composite Stands products are manufactured to order and quality-checked before dispatch. We do not accept returns for change of mind.

Defective or Damaged Goods If a product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and your order details. We will assess the claim and, at our discretion, offer a repair, replacement, or credit note.

Incorrect Orders If we have supplied an incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange collection and replacement at no cost to you.

Warranty Claims Warranty claims are handled in accordance with our Warranty Policy. Warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, overloading, or use outside the product's rated load capacity.

Non-Returnable Items Custom-configured or made-to-order products cannot be returned unless defective.

Australian Consumer Law Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any guarantees, warranties, representations, or conditions implied or imposed by law, including the Australian Consumer Law (or any liability under them) which by law may not be limited or excluded.
